🌞 A Bit of News

Are your date nights, family meals, and friendly get-togethers getting boring? They sure can get that way if you always end up at the same places.

Luckily for us, there are a bunch of new dining spots and watering holes that have just opened their doors. There’s everything from casual bistros to upscale rooftop bars that’ll reinvigorate the local food scene.

And there are even more places set to open for the rest of the year, so keep your eyes peeled for new good eats!

It’s really not surprising how our local restaurants can always whip up creative ways to highlight local ingredients.

We’re in a prime location where we can easily source fresh produce and seafood. Just recently, TheTravel included one of our closest neighbors in their list of the 10 Most Charming Fishing Towns in America.

So if we’re talking about the best fish, shrimp, and oysters, we’ve got ‘em!

That’s why we should do what we can to preserve our natural treasures. The almost constant storms and hurricanes aren’t doing our beaches any favors.

One such beach in Fairhope is looking the worse for wear. Here’s hoping the city will take more permanent measures to keep it from washing away.

🍕 2023 Eating Project...

Our goal is to eat at 26 new restaurants during the year of 2023.

But there's a catch --- it has to be restaurants we've never visited, and we're going from letters A-Z (hopefully in order).
