🌍Moving? We Can Help!
One of the most exciting projects in the city over the last few decades may soon come to fruition. The Brookley by the Bay property along the western shores of Mobile Bay may soon begin to take shape.
Not only will the city be preserving acres of wetlands but some development is planned for the site that includes a new park for Mobilians to enjoy for many generations. A pier, beach, or kayak launch could be in the works, but the city needs our help.
Design will begin on the property over the next six months. A public workshop will be held this week. This is your chance to tell the city how the property should be used. The workshop will be held on Tuesday, September 13th from 5:30pm - 7:30pm at the Harmon-Thomas Community Center.

❤ A Do Some Good Highlight
Victory Health Partners is a non-profit healthcare organization centered on the faith.
It was founded in 2003 after Dr. and Mrs. Robert Lightfoot returned from many medical missions worldwide.
Over their journeys, they discovered a burning desire to give back to their hometown of Mobile, Alabama.
They began visiting with leading leaders of the city’s medical community to learn about its challenges.
Before Victory Health Partners, the poor and unprotected had to defer medical care or rely on emergency facilities for their primary healthcare.
Victory’s primary patients are individuals who are 19 to 64 years old who cannot afford insurance coverage, both public and private, or healthcare benefits through their work.
Podcast interviews are still being released for Do Some Good Mobile --- the digital version is live now.
