We’re slowly getting back into gear as we warm up from last year’s unusually chilly holidays. You might have caught wind of some unpleasant happenings over the new year’s celebrations, but we trudge on!

If Mobilians are one thing, it’s resilient. And it looks like we’re gaining more residents this year.

🏋️Mobile Fit Club

Ok, 2023 is here.We know you've got goals.We'll be doing a program early in the year using BOD, and we'd love all of us to do it together -- community style!You will need to have access to the BOD app - you can get it here.

We've decided on a workout called: 4 Weeks for Everybody (what a great name!)It's 30 min a day, 5 days a week.No impact - includes cardio and some weights.Come hang out in our local private Facebook group to connect (other great local fitness business owners here as well!) --- this is where we'll run the accountability for the program in early 2023.
