Downtown Biz: a large building downtown is going from news to booze. Rumor has it that bar service will get even faster because of this! (jk, we have no idea if that's true. But wouldn't that be cool).

Another source hints that we may get a laser tag arena, a cafe, bowling lanes, an arcade, rock climbing walls, and possibly a trampoline park at a section of Bel Air Mall --- get more details here...
