🌞 A Bit of News

It’s that time of the year again: daylight saving time starts on March 12, 2023. At 2:00:00, clocks are turned one hour ahead.

How do you feel about DST?

Most of Arizona, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, and Guam are the only places in the US that don’t observe this tradition.

[I'll be honest. If there's something I'd be happy to grab a sandwich board for and protest, it'd be scrapping all of this clock-changing business --- just adjust to the sunshine baby, simple!]

One thing’s for sure, and that’s a Mobilian’s more laidback way of spending time. Even the tranquil and majestic Bellingath’s Garden knows how to get down.

Everyone’s out here living their best lives with the support of the county and private businesses.

Apartments are getting roomier, and we’re getting a new airline and upgraded sports complex. And, of course, we’re always discussing what’s best for our kids.

Lastly, we put our spotlight on the Alabamian of the week who’s doing something extraordinary all the way from Alaska. Let’s just say he’s having a woof-tastic time.
